AQUA Infinity v8.1.40.1014

Priority Dispatch and the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch are pleased to release AQUA Infinity v8.1.40.1014, introducing several new features and enhancements:

Features & Enhancements

• Case Calibration: A calibration button was added to Case Review to generate unscored case copies for ED-Qs to calibrate.
• Case Deletion: You can now delete unscored case data from the Case Explorer view (case data won't delete from the database, and deleted cases currently can't be restored to Case Explorer view).
• Case Review: Agency-Specific Case Entry Information (CEIs) have been removed from Case Review.
• Advanced Search: New Review Types and Case Types sections have been added, with several filters in each. 
   

Bug Fixes

This release also resolves known post-launch bugs, notably resolving scoring discrepancies between the displayed compliance levels in AQUA Case Review and compliance levels displayed in Reports.

AQUA v8 Release Requirements

Agencies should be updated to the current release of ProQA v5.1.1.53 to ensure the best compatibility with AQUA 8.

AQUA Ascent v7.1.1.10 Maintenance Release

Priority Dispatch and the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch are pleased to roll out this release that updates to the most recent language and logic builds of ProQA Paramount 5.1.1.53 and resolves an issue where comments limited characters for non-Latin languages.

AQUA v7 Release Requirements

Agencies should be updated to the current release of ProQA v5.1.1.53 to ensure the best compatibility with AQUA 7.

No XLerator upgrades are required for this release.

Click below and use your Emergency Dispatch Learning Portal login information to access the Software Support Portal and download software files and access release documentation. You'll be prompted to create a login if you don't already have one.

As soon as you sign in for the first time, Software Support is notified and working on granting you access. This process may take 24 to 48 hours.
