We're pleased to announce the release of AQUA® v7.1.1.4 (5/23/2023), which includes updates to make your case review more efficient and effective. A few key changes:
New in Case Review
- Ebola was added to the Level 2 Diagnostics in Medical, Fire, and Police.
Resolved in Case Review
- ECN only: The Documentation Essentials was updated and now contains two legends. The previous single legend caused confusion on how to audit the Documentation and Notification/Clarification sections.
New Documents
- The updated ED-Q Performance Standards Ed. 10.1.0 has been added for Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, European German, European Italian, Latin American Spanish, Lithuanian, Malay, Netherlands Dutch, Simplified Mandarin Chinese, and Traditional Cantonese Chinese, and Vietnamese.
- The Hands-on-Chest CPR Landmark and CPR Compression Report documents were updated in all languages.
- ECN only: The updated ECN-Q Performance Standards was added for French (Canadian)
Language and Logic
- This has been updated to match all languages and logic in the ProQA ® Paramount v5.1.1.46 release for Fire, Police, and Medical.

REQUIRED PROQA PARAMOUNT RELEASE
Agencies should be on the current release of ProQA Paramount v5.1.1.46 to ensure the best compatibility with AQUA v7.1.1.4.
MANDATORY XLERATOR SERVER UPGRADES
If your agency is on AQUA v7.1.1.1 or higher, no XLerator upgrades are needed.
If your agency is on AQUA v7.1.1.0 or older, the following XLerator Server upgrades are mandatory BEFORE updating to this release.
- XLerator Server version 4.0.0.81 / db script 25
- XLerator Server version 4.2.0.15 / db script 25
