Priority Dispatch® and the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch® have released AQUA v7.1.0.3 (11/3/2020), which includes updates to make your case review more efficient and effective. A few key changes:
- Updated Documents: The AQUA 7 User Guide has been updated to include pertinent information on LowCode™ and ECNS™ in North American English, European German, and Lithuanian
- ECNS users only: During import, Aborted and Emergency Declared cases have been modified to only allow cases that meet strict criteria.
- Updated Reports: The filtering on Agency and Individual Performance Threshold reports has changed
- Language and Logic: AQUA v7.1.0.3 contains the same language and logic as Paramount v5.1.1.38, including the addition of the Amputation and Control Bleeding DLS Instructions in the FPDS®.
- Resolved Issues: Direct import has been fixed to allow long domain names and prevent duplicate cases in Firebird or SQL Server.

REQUEST ACCESS TO AQUA v7.1.0.3
REQUIRED ProQA PARAMOUNT RELEASE
Agencies should be on the current release of Paramount v5.1.1.38 to ensure the best compatibility with AQUA.
MANDATORY XLERATOR SERVER UPGRADES
Please note that XLerator Server and AQUA upgrades must be done in conjunction with each other (update XLerator first then AQUA) as older versions of AQUA will not be of AQUA will not be compatible with newer versions of XLerator.
In order to update to AQUA v7.1.0.3, you must FIRST update XLerator to:
- XLerator Server version 4.0.0.74 / db script 20
- XLerator Server version 4.2.0.8 / db script 20
