AI SkillLab Product Update

We're rolling out some exciting updates for you just around the corner!
To apply these changes, AI SkillLab will be unavailable on Monday, October 9, 2023, from approximately 8 am to 10 am EDT. While you may still be able to login, AI SkillLab may not respond as intended until this maintenance period is complete. Prepare for the following changes:
- Experience richer simulations and additional calltaker scoring, empowering you to master an extensive array of lifesaving protocols.
- Expand your knowledge base with additional protocols and scoring features for Echo, Pre-Arrival and Post-Dispatch Instructions, CAD integration simulation, and beyond!
- Equip your new hires and seasoned dispatchers alike with the tools they need to excel, immersing them in simulations and providing ample opportunities for practice.
