We are using the SRI diagnostic in ProQA, but I'm not sure where to score it in Aqua.

The use of the SRI button should be scored in the Essential Information field found at the bottom of the Key Question section within Aqua. EMD-Q Scoring Standard 8 has a Universal Protocol Standard 15 that describes the point deduction methodology.
