RapidAssist is a secure remote control and remote assistance software that we use to help give you timely and relevant support.
When instructed by your technician please click on the link below to connect to our secure Jaunt Server.
CONNECT TO TECH SUPPORT
The Jaunt program will detect if it has been installed. If it has not it will attempt to download it for you.
If it can't download it, you can manually download it from our site: JauntSetup_1_71_31_594.exe.
