Certified | Integrated | Operative | Certified Partners
This level of integration indicates that all of the functionality of an Operative and Integrated integration have been completed as well as additional enhancements to assist in the successful implementation of a CAD/Telco system with ProQA. These additional features can be user definable.
--Gold and Platinum are the only levels of integration that Priority Dispatch Corporation will support.
--Platinum is the only level of integration that Priority Dispatch Corporation will recommend, endorse and partner with.
ProQA Paramount CAD Certification
With the release of ProQA Paramount the Integration Certification has changed dramatically. To keep our mutually interfaced clients up to date, we have updated our certification process to improve implementations and customer satisfaction. There are now four levels of integration, Operative, Bronze, Gold, and Platinum. As always, Priority Dispatch Corporation only supports those running on a Gold or Platinum Interface. The process and requirements are detailed in the ProQA Certification Document linked below. A certification level is an indicator that the CAD company has a CAD product that has attained the indicated level. Many CADs have multiple CAD products; as such, not all platforms offered by the CAD company may actually be certified at the indicated level. Be sure that you verify that your specific CAD product (build/version) has completed the certification process.
