ProQA CAD and Integration Partners
This section introduces clients and partners to the certification process and showcases those partners that have achieved a Certified Interface with ProQA. Our focus on developing a certified and seamless integration to a CAD or Telco system is to enhance the two products and enable everyone to more effectively utilize standardized call-taking within the client’s environment. Some of our recent efforts have centered on certifying the integration of ProQA to each partner who develops an interface. By providing a Certified Interface the end-user can rest assured that the two products will perform to the high standards required in our industry.
New Certification
ProQA’s Integration Certification has not changed in over 12 years, yet technology and industry demands have changed dramatically. To keep our mutually interfaced clients up to date, we have created the new certification process to improve implementations and customer satisfaction. There are now three levels of integration, Certified, Integrated and Operative. As always, Priority Dispatch Corporation only supports those running on a Certified Interface.
